Preload ring with bearing

The adjustment ring with anti-friction system consists of a thrust bearing that allows the spring to make micro-rotations. The loaded spring tends to wind (or unwind during the unloading phase), which—if hindered—can contribute to lateral deflection and a non-linear response of the spring. The system allows the spring to always find its ideal position in the housing during operation. The application of this component ensures a significant increase in traction as well as a more regular response from the suspension.
