IPS-2 sealing group

AlcoTech closure-seal group for shock absorbers with double counter-spring made of ERGAL 7075-T6. Specifically designed for racing use (supermoto and speed), it is composed of seals resistant to high pressures and high temperatures. The internal rod guide features a large sliding surface to maintain greater precision during operation. The unique use of the double counter-spring—one of a kind—allows for management of the maximum suspension opening with controlled and progressive effects thanks to the increased travel of the system: 12 millimeters of maximum stroke with a load variation of over 20%. The particular housing and development of the springs prevent interference between the two elements, enhancing safety and maximum reliability over time.

The complete assembly is very compact in size and easily adapts to SHOWA, KAYABA, SACHS, and WP shock absorber models.
