Radial rotation coupling group for connecting shock absorber pipes and separate gas reservoirs: a very accurate design and increased structural strength offer excellent performance. Applications of Turn swivel fittings include connecting pipes for shock absorbers, lubrication pipe connections, centralized hydraulic systems, and pressurized circuit connections.
- Made of 7075-T6 (ERGAL) and 2024-T3 (AVIONAL) aluminum alloys
- Finished with protective treatments against oxidation and wear
- Seals specific for use at high temperatures (-25°C / +210°C), resistant to hydrocarbons and acids (FKM). Different compounds available on request (NBR, EPDM, VMQ)
- Sustainable operating pressures above 350 bar (depending on temperature and type of fluid used)
- Nominal flow rate: from 8 to 12 l/min (ISO 18 fluid)
- Fitting weight: from 14.84 to 20.61 g
- 360° rotation
- Single-way 90° revisable fitting
- Metal or rubber washers (USIT type) to ensure sealing between the fitting pin and the support surface
